Traeger Turkey Moink Balls
Smoker bacon wrapped meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 # Ground Turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 cup seasoning your favorite rub
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk (optional, depending on turkey)
- 20 toothpicks
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients outside of the bacon, mix well and form approximately 10 equal size meatballs. Cut bacon slices in half, wrap 2 half slices around each meatball, fix toothpicks and off to the smoker.

Set smoker to 225 and smoke for 30 minutes, increase temperature to 250 for another 15 minutes and finish the moink balls at 300 for another 15-20m.
